RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS
Refunds/Exchange requests will be accepted only in case the product(s) received by the buyer are in damaged condition. Only such cases will be considered for exchange thereafter.
All returns must be made within 4 days from the day of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the products must be unused, untampered with and in the same condition they were delivered in.
All products must be in their original packaging.
All products must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once received by our team, returned products will be inspected and a notification will be sent to the buyer, confirming that we have received the products. Immediately after inspection, a second notification will be sent regarding the status of the refund.
Refunds will not be provided in the case of damaged goods.
If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the buyer’s credit card (or original method of payment).
The credit will be received within a certain amount of days, depending on the card issuer’s policies.
SHIPPING
The buyer will be responsible for bearing the shipping cost of returning products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the event of a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Refunds & Returns
You cannot cancel the order and demand refund once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases, and refund will be in the form of store credit:
- If the buyer does not get the delivery of the ordered products within 30 days and if Extranet Gifting. fails to ship the ordered products.
- If the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies.
- Exchange of items shall be applicable in case the buyer received damaged product. Refund on such order is not available.
- From the date of written confirmation of refund to the customer, the amount will be refunded within the next 7-10 business days.
- No Returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that he/she doesn’t like it after delivery of the product or feels the product doesn’t match his or her expectations.
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
- Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer
- Non- availability of recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises
- Refusal to accept products
- Delivered at the place/to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer.
- Force majeure event
- In case the product has undergone any tampering by the customer
- Refusal to accept COD order after confirming the COD order will result in shipping charges being levied on the customer.
Exchange policy
- www.extranetgifting.com does not entertain returns after the order is successfully placed and payment is made by the buyer. Buyers are requested to place the order only if they agree with this term.
- Extranet Gifting. will accept exchange of the shots purchased through the www.extranetgifting.com , subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below:
- Exchange requests will be entertained only in case the product(s) received by the buyer are in damaged or expired condition. All the refunds would be in the form of store credit only.
- Buyer has to inform www.extranetgifting.com of his/her intention to exchange the broken products within 48 hrs of receipt of the goods at his/her shipping address.
- Such broken goods should be sent to www.extranetgifting.com. only after written email consent from the official company email id info@extranetdigital.com to send back the product.
- All exchanges will be made after the returned shipment of shots is received by Extranet Gifting. The courier charges for returning the broken cases will be borne by “Extranet Gifting.”.

Shipping and Delivery
We intend to offer you the best and most convenient shipping options, no matter where you reside. We have tie-ups with a third-party logistical service provider who shall undertake to provide us with the shipment and delivery services for the order placed through our website.
“Shipment time” shall refer to the time at which your order in part or whole shall leave our warehouse and shall be handed over to the third-party logistical service provider for delivery to you.
“Delivery time” shall refer to the time taken by the third-party logistical service provider to deliver your order to you in either whole or part.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for products to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. The shipping usually takes about 0-5 business days from the time you place your order through our website.
- We will undertake to provide the logistical service provider with your order within 5 days from the date of your placing the order.
- The Delivery time shall vary anywhere between 7-10 business day which shall be determined on multiple external factors and also on the terms and conditions put forth by the Logistical service provider which includes but is not limited to the place of delivery. The approximate delivery time shall be informed by you.

- The delivery agent assigned by the logistical service provider may contact the Customer on call, email or SMS before arrival.
- We will not be responsible for any delay in the delivery. Further, we will not be liable for any damage in transit due to mishandling by the logistics service provider.

- You will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time upon placing the order.
- The service provider may take longer to deliver due to inter alia: bad weather flight delays, political disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event any delay in delivery is expected, we may, at our sole discretion, intimate you who may have purchased the same, regarding such delay.
- We will not be held responsible and will bear no liability in case of failure or delay of delivering including any damage or loss caused due to such delay. - If you purchase multiple products in one transaction, we may undertake to deliver the same together. However, this may not always be possible and shall be subject to the availability of stock.
- If you wish to get delivery to different addresses, then you shall be required to purchase the products under separate transactions and provide separate delivery addresses for each transaction, as may be required. You agree that the delivery can be made to the person who is present at the shipping address provided by you.
- We will not be liable to compensate for any mental agony caused due to a delay in delivery.
- We do not charge any cost towards the delivery charges for any delivery placed by you through us.
- You cannot cancel the order even if the delivery time exceeds the expected time of delivery.
- We do not allow any exchanges/return or refund regarding the products once sold to the Customer.
